Contact your organization’s Benefit Administrator to change your name or address. They will forward the information to us.

Sometimes email from a new sender will automatically go to your spam or junk mail folder. To avoid this, add the email address below to your address book or safe senders list. See your email program’s Help for the proper location.

Add or edit My Claim Payment Accounts on the InstaMed website. That’s where you store bank or credit/debit card information to use for future payments made on their website.
You can also:
• Pay all or part of the amount you owe to a health care provider for a claim
• Print a receipt or have one emailed to you
• See My Claim Payments to check payment status and view history
